HUMBL, Inc. (OTC: HMBL) is pleased to announce the issuance of U.S. Patent No. 12,118,613 by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for the “System and Method for Transferring Currency Using Blockchain.”
Brian brings over twenty years of experience launching top-ranked global product lines in consumer and commercial technology. Brian has been featured on Fox Business, CNBC, Forbes, Fortune, Entrepreneur and more. He also hosted a Top 30 ranked podcast on Spotify in the technology category.
Brian received his B.A. from UCLA, where he played for their NCAA Final Four soccer team. He received his blockchain certification at MIT and is a graduate of the Yale School of Management – Global Leadership Program.
Jeff has over ten years of experience in fintech and FP&A. He serves as the the COO and CFO of HUMBL, overseeing the company’s financial strategy, operations, and corporate governance.
Jeff received his B.A. in Business Economics from UCSB and received a Masters in Biomechanics as well as an MBA in Finance from SDSU.
Peter Schulte is the managing partner of CM Equity Partners and has been in Private Equity for 30+ years. Mr. Schulte’s prior experience includes corporate public and private debt and equity financing and M&A at Salomon Brothers Inc.
Mr. Schulte has established multiple successful publicly traded companies such as ICF International (NASDAQ: ICFI), a consulting group of over 9,000 employees, where he served as a Director from 1999 through 2022.
He also sits on the board at HUMBL, Inc., the Yale University – Center for Business and the Environment and the Rainforest Alliance. Peter received his B.A. from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
